Team #4, July 4-12

	Team 4 delivers more books to New Orleans
		Visiting the Lower 9th
The wall that collapsed here sent a ship into a neighborhood in New Orleans.	Former neighborhood, now just an empty lot.	Only a stoop remains.
		The team first completed the mudding so the walls could be sprayed with paint.
