THE NORTHEAST #1 PROJECT - MISSION HOUSE

We have entered into a joint partnership with Mt. Tabor to offer the use of their parsonage as a missionary house. The Association will do some renovation on the inside and furnish the house and the church will resume responsibility of the exterior and the major appliances.

Work Day February 24th, 8:am

We will paint the inside, replace the interior doors, replace the counter tops, re-carpet the bedrooms/hallway/and dinning room. We will also refurbish the exterior doors and generally bring the inside up to the caliber of the outside.

The project went well on the first two days and a lot was accomplished. 27 volunteers showed up for the work project and a hamburger/hot dog meal was provided. We had a great time of fellowship and a great opportunity for service.
After me met and prayed together the group was divided up into painters, door knob changers, and other workers. Everyone enjoyed working for our Lord.

How many men does it take to change a door knob?

A questions arose that had several answers.

The Questions is HOW MANY BAPTIST MEN DOES IT TAKE TO REPLACE A DOOR KNOB?

Some say it take one person. If you have someone taking a picture.

Some say it takes four men.

Others agree that it takes four.

Others say it takes six, only if one is drinking coffee.

The real question is how many does it take to supervise the changing of a door knob.

I counted at least five supervisors.
